ROOT CHAKRA
The root chakra (1st Chakra) is located at the base of the spine. It represents safety, security, and stability. Imbalanced attributes look like scattered energy, anxiety, money challenges, and fear.
SACRAL CHAKRA
The sacral chakra (2nd Chakra) is located below the navel. It represents creative and sexual energies. Imbalanced attributes look like stifled creativity, sexual dysfunction, lack of connection in intimacy, and emotional isolation.
SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA
The solar plexus (3rd Chakra), is located below the chest. It represents self-esteem, pleasure, willpower, and personal responsibility. Imbalanced attributes would be low self-esteem, control issues, inflated ego, manipulation, and misuse of power.
HEART CHAKRA
The Heart Chakra (4th Chakra) is located at the center of the chest and represents love, self-love, empathy, relationships, forgiveness, acceptance, transformation, change, and compassion and is the center of awareness. Imbalanced attributes look like depression, jealousy, difficulty with intimacy and connection, being defensive, and being in imbalanced/ non-reciprocal relationships.
THROAT CHAKRA
The throat chakra (5th Chakra) is located at the center of the neck. It represents communication, speaking authentically and effectively, expression, and purpose. Imbalanced attributes look like shyness, being withdrawn, bragging/ arrogant communication, increased anxiety, excessive speaking, telling lies, and not being able to listen to others.
THIRD EYE CHAKRA
The third eye chakra (6th Chakra) is located in the center of the forehead, between the eyebrows. It represents intuition and foresight and is driven by openness & and imagination. Imbalanced attributes would be a lack of clarity and direction.
CROWN CHAKRA
