Your order will ship approximately within 2-4 weeks from when the order is placed.
Sale orders will ship approximately within 31 business days
Note: All orders are shipped via USPS with signature confirmation.
If the package is returned to Jendayi LaReine as "unclaimed" at USPS your shipping cost will not be refunded. If you request to have package(s) shipped back you are responsible for the cost of shipping.
If a package is returned to Jendayi LaReine as a "failed delivery" due to incorrect/incomplete information when the order was placed you will be responsible for having the package shipped back out to you.
Any orders that have been placed where the package has been verified as delivered, you will have to file a claim with the post office and no refunds can be issued without the returned product. If your claim is successfully filed with the USPS, the difference in the cost of your purchase and claim amount will be refunded to you or the product may be replaced.
Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders may take longer. Please give 24-48 hours for the shipping information to be updated once shipped.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
There are no refunds on teas.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. Your money will be refunded via the original payment method you used during your original purchase.
For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the returned product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

All of the jewelry our products are covered by a limited lifetime guarantee against any manufacturer's defect.
We strive for perfection to create beautiful works of healing adornment and therefore guarantee their workmanship. As with any delicate artistic creations, care must be taken to ensure years of enjoyment.
During the 14-day inspection/ return period, when you first receive your item, you should inspect your item thoroughly to make sure there are no cracks, nicks, or damage that occurred in shipping.
After that, we suggest that you gently care for your pieces by taking them off at night, avoid wearing them in salt or highly chlorinated water, or exposing them to extreme heat or cold temperatures. to ensure their integrity.
If in the invent there is damage, please return the item as the labor services are free and covered by our limited lifetime warranty.
All warranties are voided if the item has been worked on (eg. sized, repaired, adjusted, ring modifications, engraving) by another jeweler other than Jendayi LaReine.
